KPThink built a full validation test playbook: safe, non-real test data for each sensitive-data category (PII, financial, PCI DSS), Copilot-specific DLP scenarios, cross-policy interaction cases, and deliberate edge cases, then executed all of them and tracked pass/fail results before the policies were trusted in production.
